(PC) Support tip:unable to add MS Azure account into PC

Azure Cloud Account creation fails with the following error:
No account exists in MS Azure provider with the details you entered. Verify your account details and try again

Explanation
Account validation can fail due to certain causes, such as:
•Your account credentials. During account creation the account credentials are validated, and if they are not correct the validation fails.
•The organization proxy server.
•The certificate being used to create the Cloud Account
.
Troubleshooting Steps
Check the error log for the following:
•If you receive an error such as “wrong password or corrupted file”, you have created the Azure account with a wrong certificate password.
Recreate the account with the correct password.
•If you receive an error such as “stream does not represent a PKCS12 key store”, you have created the Azure account with an invalid pfx file.
Recreate the account with the correct pfx file.
•If you receive an error such as “The server failed to authenticate the request. Verify that the certificate is valid and is associated with this
subscription”, upload the cer file to Azure.
•If you receive an error such as “For input string: ""”, correct the proxy server in the Cloud Network Settings dialog box.
