This usually happens when have connectivity problems.

Have you hecked the logs? PC Server log and the Host logs.
On PC Server: C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\Performance Center Server\orchidtmp\LTLogger\w3wp
On PC Hosts: C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\Performance Center Server\orchidtmp\LTLogger\
Based on the messages from these logs, you can have a clue about what is going on with your hosts.
Another thing that you can try is to delete the host from the lab management, go to the problematic host machine, and run the configuration wizard, and then add again the host into the lab management.
