PC12.63 - Activity Log for Vuser doesnt work during tests

We recently upgraded from PC12.60 to PC12.63.  Now during test runs, the Activity Log for Vusers is not working.  When clicking on on the Error message, the Activity Log comes up blank, we cannot Download Log, and we cannot view Snapshots of the errors during test runs.  For longer tests, this helps us correct issues on the fly and is very much needed.  Any idea why these would no longer show up?

It is a know defect. Please open a support case and request a hotfix for it.
