Performace tunning with Loadrunner

Can any one please let me know how to find problems in Web server, Application server, Database server and Network. which type of metric should we use and how to diagnosis the problem to get the better performance?

This is probably not the right forum to ask for the entire sum of human knowledge on performance testing. There are some great resources online elsewhere, though. Perhaps you can try starting with http://perftesting.codeplex.com .

Obvious bottlenecks like memory leak, high CPU utilization by a process, high memory usage, etc., can be obtained from the LR run time graphs. Database bottlenecks can be analyzed from the AWR reports. If it application related or product related tuning that you might need to do, it should be done with the help of the application experts.
