Performance Center 12.01 - System Health Check - OTA Connectivity

We've been running PC 12 for several weeks.  After some MS patches, and reboots this week, system health check is now reporting "Check OTA connectivity between the Performance Center Server and the ALM Platform."  All other health checks are passing (green)

Where to start?

Turned out to be a connectivity issue.  Setting the ALM Connection URL's to a direct (ALM) server name vs. a load balancer resolved the issue.  Time to investigate the load balancer.
