Performance Center 12.01 runs hang and unable to complete collating results

After upgrade from 11.52 to 12.01 PC, we're seeing many times the run hang in failed to collate results.

 

Also there are times when we're unable to STOP the run.  

 

What is the root cause of these problems? Can you please help us to look at certain configuration or few things we can check?

Hello

This is a complex problem to be assited by forum, each test may have a different root cause for fail, and it may not be related to the unable to stop tests situation, for this I recommend you to open a case with support.
