Performance Center 12 without ALM?

Hello all,

I'm pretty new to the entire Performance Center Installation.  In order to install Performance Center 12.x, is it absolutely necessary to install ALM?  I'm told by someone that it can run without, but the documentation all seem to indicate that it is a pre-requisite.

Thoughts?

Thanks much,

Jonathan Bengtson

Re: Performance Center 12 without ALM?

Hello Jonathan.

Yes, you are required to install the ALM product since the Performance Center functionality is an extension for it. Our (PC) components are installed separately but require ALM to exist in the environment. You cannot use Performance Center without an ALM Server.

Hello Jonathan,

An ALM server is required for All versions of Performacne Center 12.00 to 12.61. the PC Documentation is correct.
