Performance Center Run Time Settings
We have recently started to see an issue where users are not able to view the run time settings screen on Performance Center. We are currently on PC 12.60 running on WIN 2016 server. When selecting the run time settings on PC scenario page a blank screen is displayed.
Running developer tools on IE I noticed that 2 http GET calls are throwing a HTTP 500 error -
We have checked to verify that our service account and Administrators user group has the right access to the local security policies on all the servers (ALM, PC and LG's)
Access this computer from the network
Allow log on locally
Create global objects
Impersonate a client after authentication
Log on as a batch job
Log on as a service
Replace a process level token
Also, we have verified that the urls for ALM and PC are added to the trusted sites link in Internet Explorer.
Has any one faced this issue? If you have how did you get it rectified.
