Support tip for Performance Center
When running a test in Performance Center and we are not able to see the snapshots on error please follow up these steps:
- Please install the Snapshot Viewer, please make sure that you can install this tool on a Vugen standalone or in a LoadGenerator standalone installation.
- Then please download one of the snapshots, this files have .soe extension
- Please try to open the file and then from the Windows popup browse to your Snapshot viewer folder installation, and then to the exe file.
- Check “Always use this program to open this kind of file”
- Then you will be able to see the snapshots directly from Performance Center.
