I'm getting the below error while starting a load test,

Failed to initialize load test!
Error: Unable to run load test.
Event: -2147219770
Details: Activation attempt [1]: Unable to configure group runtime settings.

Description: Method [ActivateRun]: Unable to activate load test run: reason=[Unable to configure group runtime settings]: [ErrCode 0x80010105, Source Interop.ORCHIDACTIVESESSIONLib: The server threw an exception.] The server threw an exception. Re: Performance center 9.52 - Failed to initialize load test error message

Hello
First of all, the version 9..52 is already declared obsolete, so you may want to migrate to version 11.52, if your company have a valid support contract then the upgrade process is for free.
Regarding the issue itslef, looks like an IIS issue, make sure to have the DTC component added to IIS, I would reinstall IIS and the problematic host, but is hard to say if this is the faster or easier way to resolve this due to the lack of details.

hope this helps
