Problem PC-ALM 11.5 integration

Hello.

Installed successfully ALM 11.5 + SQL 2008 R2

Installed PC 11.5 successfully, but with a several warnings in configuration log (attached).

Problem occuring when i`m trying to add PC in the Lab Management.

"Failed updating the server config file. Please verify that ALM user (usually IUSR_METRO) is defined on the Performance Center Server.

 

Checked, the user is defined. Tried to login to PC server as IUSR_METRO, success!

 

PC 11.5 configuration log attached.

 

IIS log from PC 11.5 contain the following:

Where is a problem??

You may want to check your communication passphrase, for the PC Server is the same as in ALM DB.

Check that all servers have the same Timezone and time applied. This includes PC server, ALM Server and Database Server.

Hello,

 

Kindly make use of an administrator account when installing HP PC.

 

based on the logs the you have provided, there is a line that says "Please verify that you have sufficient rights to run this command." and i think the user that you are using cannot access the file that the installer needs to run.
