Provider ..storage error

Jump to solution

Hi , we are getting the following error : 'Provider error '8007000e'

Not enough storage is available to complete this operation. '

Is this error related to the application server itself , or this could be related to the Controller and the number of vusers we are executing ie 10,000 users concurrently .

Probably due to some memory issue. What is the location of your results in the load test? Does it have enough space?

Not sure about the root cause. If it is reproducible every time, then we may investigate further.

Are you using single localhost as LG for 8k Vusers? How many LGs you are using?

Hi , This is the Scenario :

One Controller for 10K users
14 LG's with Load distributed randomly

11 LG's are within the VPN and three on the public internet ,

We did not get this error when we were only using 7K users within the VPN ( not sure if this is a coincidence ?)
Thanks

It looks to me a network issue on a specific LG. Enable the extended logging and filter which Vuser/LG is giving the problem, and see the complete error message log for that particular Vuser(s).
