Test launch and Result Collation Issues with ALM PC 11.5 - Patch 1

I see random Collation Failure and Test Launch issues with ALM PC 11.5 , is this experienced by any one ? Are there any settings that help increase time out times for these actions ? Any Investigation\Trobuleshooting and Fix options are welcome

Hi,

The timeout errors may need to be investigated specifically through the logs. There is not a general known issue with collation or test launch timeout errors with ALM 11.5

 

Please enable debug logging for w3wp on the PC Server and one of the Controllers, reproduce the timeout errors, open a ticket with support team and attach the entire orchidtmp\ltlogger folders from both machines
