Test set page takes > 2min to load the page; how to speed this up?

As a performance tool, we're seeing the GUI in PC12.01 is very slow.

When I click on a Test Set it takes easily 2min to load the page. I don't have anything running in my laptop that is consuming resources.. this is very time consuming.

Is there anything we can do to speed this up?

Re: Test set page takes > 2min to load the page; how to speed this up?

Hello Vikas12,

My name is Johan LR/PC engineer, if this appear on the local server (open the labmanagement and go to test set) and check the time that it takes locally?

Is any restriction in your network for download speed?

Do you have in your client machine the ALM client install?

Thanks

Thanks for your response

PC server is in other location and we're using WAN to use it.

So you're saying it is network speed?

BTW, it does not show the contents this slow when i click other pages or even download a script.

So I notice the slowness more in Test set details page than anywhere else.

Re: Test set page takes > 2min to load the page; how to speed this up?

Hello Vikas12,

Did you check if in the PC server the logs are set on Error and not in Debug?

To check if it set to Debug go to:

pc server: C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\Performance Center Server\bin\dat\ltlogconf.xml

and find the option root.

Thanks
