VUGEN 12.63 - TruClient Import/Export Steps no longer work

We recently upgraded from PC12.60 to PC12.63.  In VUGEN, on TruClient scripts, the Import/Export steps no longer work.   We can select Export, and it shows the steps Exported Successfully.   However, the Import appears disabled whenever we attempt to import the steps.  The Import only enables on the same script you Export from.

There are hotfix available for LR 12.63 to this issue, you have to open a Support Ticket with Micro Focus Support to get it.
