VuGen Error when recording Service Manager Transactions from client

Hi Experts,

We are using Vugen 9.50 for recording transactions for various applications. We want to do recording for Service Manager 7.11 using full client. We did not see any issue when we did it for web browser.

Below is the error we get when we do the replay:
