Vugen - Write extended log/html responses to a local file

Hi everybody,

I would to verify “what BPM is downloading” on running an HTML script with errors.
He would to see html code returned from server by using a web_url or web_link function when an error is occured.

My first idea: is it possible to write extended log directly to a custom text file? And delete it if no errors are occurred during running?

Do you have any other kind of suggestions?

Regards,
Jacopo

What do you mean with correlation?

It should do it automatically..

Hi Jacopo,

In Loadrunner, you could set to log messages only when error occurs.

Runtime Settings->log-> Send messages only when error occurs->turn on extended logging.

This shall write to vuser log files only when error occurs.

I mean correlate each page or page you want.
go to view and click source.

select what ever first on the page as LB

go to end of the page for the RB

and save it as web reg save param. and you can manipulate any way you want.
