Web (Click and Script) Error

One of our application recorded with web(click and script), when I am playing back the script getting below message in reply log.

Running ActiveX objects disallowed for this Vuser type. Use the "AJAX (Click and Script)" protocol .

Can we use Web(HTTP/HTML) protocol for this application?

We are using LR 9.10

Re: Web (Click and Script) Error

As a general rule, I always start with the HTTP protocol. It is far more configurable, and so long as you do not depend heavily on client-side only functionality, it does the job really well.

It is really hard to say without looking at the app wheter HTTP will suffice, but give it a try.
