Web services script JNDI lookup error

How can I resolve the following please:

Action.c(41): Error: Failed to set property name JMSType value TextMessage due to the following exception : javax.naming.NoInitialContextException:
Cannot instantiate class:

oracle.j2ee.naming.ApplicationClientInitialContextFactory [Root exception is java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.j2ee.naming.ApplicationClientInitialContextFactory]

this is thrown when trying to connect to a queue via JNDI in a webservices script. The webservices script options are set to use the external VM and classpath and that classpath in turn points at the OC4J jars required
