Which Protocol is suitable for PeopleSoft CRM thick client application?

Hello All

I need to do the load testing of PeopleSoft CRM thick client application (Version- 8.5.5.20). This is a Vantive product.

I have already recorded the script using Load runner WinSock protocol but application behavior is highly unpredictable.

And even for the same login if we record the script again, we got difference in pattern for send and receive buffer. We did lot of handing in this script but in vain.

It is very hard to handle every thing because pattern is changing in every iteration.

Can any body suggest any other load runner protocol (except RDP as we have terminal server limitation) to handle this kind of application.

Thanks in advance..

Re: Which Protocol is suitable for PeopleSoft CRM thick client application?

Try using Protocol Advisor which suggests you a list of protocols which are suitable for scripting your application. Make use of the first or second in the list of protocols suggested by the tool and see the difference. One among the trails may work.
