Jump to solution
Hi,

1)I am not able to record web applications in LR 9.5 using Web(HTTP/HTML) .But when i choose protocol as Web (Click and Script) its recording.
I am using IE is 8 and Windows 7.

2)For testing web application which protocol we need to us.

3)Is LR 9.5 supports windows 7 as well as IE8?

Thanks in advance.

Rajashekhar,

Right now we are using LoadRunner version 11. But we are not able to record any PDF transactions. We are able to see PDF fine on the same IE8 (manually). But when we record it, it is not showing up any content. Also we are not seeing any error.

Can you please suggest possible reasons for the same? or Do we need to change something in the recording options?
