is there a way we can change the license utility file for load runner based on usage after contract

Hi ,

suppose if Load Runner  on premises license is procured and if previously 3000 vugens were ordered, and again after change of contract only 2000 users would remain , then how to change the vugens maximum allowed from 3000 to 2000 ??

will HP send another license only with 2000 or is there a path where we need to change from 3000 to 2000

Hi,

Our License team will send to you the new license file for new number of Vusers in the new contract (ex:2000). We cannot change the number of Vuser in the existing license file in your local LoadRunner.
