j2ee diag prob exception: Conversion of InstanceTreeNode to release 10 is not supported

Hi, after several minutes of correct work
j2ee diagnostic probe stops interaction with Diag server (no data for probe) and fills probe log with exceptions (see below)

Could somebody explain what does it mean?
