Hi,
Is that the server port is opened?? Check that port status through netstat whether the port is openened or not.

You may need to set a parameter for the session id since for each playback, there is a new session created.

First, set a variable to capture the new session. When your application starts up, there should be a web_url call that has a line like:

"Url=lservlet;jsessionid=...?ifcmd=..."

Prior to this web_url call, add this parameter save call (I called the parameter "JSID"):

web_reg_save_param("JSID",
"LB=jsessionid=",
"RB=",
"Search=Noresource",
LAST);

Then, change the web_url call to read:

"Url=lservlet;jsessionid={JSID}?ifcmd=..." (or whatever you called the variable)

Hope this helps

This issue is to do with the correlation, check if all the below correlations have been checked

1. icxticket
2. NCAJServSessionId

check for button names as well, if needed correlate that as well.

Thanks!
