qa and sc log files filling up drive

Jump to solution

Hello,

Server is using Performance Center 12.57

qa and sc logs are located in D:\Program Data\HP\ALM\log

The logs being produced at 6mb each and happen 3 or 4 times per minute. Is this normal?

The drive is filling up and Im having to delete old versions of the logs but Im just wondering why they are being produced at such a high rate?

Thanks

Hi,

It does not sound normal. Can you please ensure the log is not configured to debug level?
Can you share a sample log file? If you cannot share it here attach it to a private message.

Please open a support ticket to allow Micro Focus employee to look at your environment.

Regards,
Shlomi

Hi,

Microfocus told us to change the settings of the logs from debug to error. The issue seems to have resolved itself.

So you were correct also

Thanks
