setting maxReceivedMessageSize attribute for httpTransport in loadrunner

Hi,

When I replay the web_service_Call for WCF method I get following error message "Action.c(196): Error: The maximum message size quota for incoming messages (65536) has been exceeded. To increase the quota, use the MaxReceivedMessageSize property on the appropriate binding element.
Error: The maximum message size quota for incoming messages (65536) has been exceeded. To increase the quota, use the MaxReceivedMessageSize property on the appropriate binding element. "

If anyone know how to/where to set this value in VuGen, please let me know.

Thanks in advance.

Re: setting maxReceivedMessageSize attribute for httpTransport in loadrunner

Can you please send me the script folder?

We have added support for WCF in LR95, and would like to explore the customer challenges.

Thanks

Re: setting maxReceivedMessageSize attribute for httpTransport in loadrunner

Hi,

I am able to set that value in Script root folder -> check for WSDL directory -> @config directory -> open .stss file

Set the value in following section:

Private

test@corp.test.com

Hope this helps.

But loadrunner is not able to read other parameters from this file i.e. MaxNameTableCharCount" property from "readerQuotas" object.

Couldn't attache script because of size limitation

Any help on this is appreciated.

Thanks

Re: setting maxReceivedMessageSize attribute for httpTransport in loadrunner

Try this.

1.Go to the "protocol and security" tab of the service management
2.Click "edit data"
3.Click "Advanced"
4.Go to the "Http&Proxy" tab
5.Increase the "Max Response Size" text box

Re: setting maxReceivedMessageSize attribute for httpTransport in loadrunner

Hi,

Specifying in the "Max Buffer Size" text box is same as specifying in the .stss file. Take a look at the information I have provided in my previous mail

Thanks
