user agent string in LoadRunner

how do i pass the following user agent string for a mobile device using loadrunner

Mozilla/5.0 (SymbianOS/9.4; U; Series60/5.0 NokiaN97/10.0.001; Profile/MIDP-2.1 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 ) AppleWebKit/525 (KHTML, like Gecko) Safari/525

i tried the following
1) web_add_header("User-Agent", "Mozilla/5.0 (SymbianOS/9.4; U; Series60/5.0 NokiaN97/10.0.001; Profile/MIDP-2.1 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 ) AppleWebKit/525 (KHTML, like Gecko) Safari/525");
2) set the vuser runtime settings for user agent and use custom browser set to

Mozilla/5.0 (SymbianOS/9.4; U; Series60/5.0 NokiaN97/10.0.001; Profile/MIDP-2.1 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 ) AppleWebKit/525 (KHTML, like Gecko) Safari/525

it gives following error
Error -26627: HTTP Status-Code=404 (Not Found) for "http://itg-cds-presentation-web-llb1.houston.hp.com:80/ie/en/m/hp-news/newsroom.html" [MsgId: MERR-26627]
Action.c(14): Error -26366


when i set user agent string to the
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 6.0; SLCC1; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 1.0.3705; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 3.

it works fine
