Try the following:

If unable to create a script â ie VuGen prompts the warning that Windows was unable to execute the application you are trying to create a script on:
Need to disable MS Windows Data Execution Prevention (DEP) for that application (ex: MS RDP - or IE in your case!)
1. open up system properties
2. advanced tab->performance->settings
3. data execution prevention tab
4. turn off DEP (just turn off DEP because windows will stop each application you try to create a script. Can leave DEP on and just add each application that you wish DEP not affect)
5. click ok
6. click ok
7. try creating the script again
8. may need to reboot system for changes to DEP to take effect.
