Applet gets hanged while recording in Vugen

we have web application loades applet. when trying to record using JavaOverHttp protocol it hanges in Loading applet. 

socket version used was TLS1.0

Hi Balaji,

Yes, please uninstall Java 1.8 64 bit then install Java JDK (not JRE) 1.7 32 bit because LoadRunner 12.00 only support Java 1.7 32 bit.

From LR 12.53, we support Java 1.8.

After reinstall then record the script again, if the issue still persists, please open a support ticket with our Support team.

Hello Balaji,

What is the version of LoadRunner you are using?

Did you install Java JDK 32 bit in Vugen machine? What is Java version?

I was using 64 bit java. Do i need to downgrade the bit to 32?. i was using LR 12.00

Current version

java version "1.8.0_65"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_65-b17)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.65-b01, mixed mode)
