BPM 9.25 : TruClient scripts load mode are launching firefox

Jump to solution

Hi,

Since we migrated to BPM 9.25, we discovered that our TruClient FF scripts are running the process firefox.exe when executing, which is taking lot more resources than before.

In my head, the load mode should not run firefox, instead of interactive mode. Can I have an explanation please?

And is there any way to get back to a load mode without using firefox?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Prior to version 12.00 TruClient Firefox run Gecko browser in load mode. In version 12.00 we re-distribute a newer Firefox version in which Gecko browser no longer exist. it was deprecated by Mozilla.

Unfortunately, there is  no way to run Gecko in load mode anymore. We are doing our best to reduce the footprint as much as possible.

Regards,

Shlomi
