Citrix servers restart after an hour execution using LoadRunner 12.02

Hi Experts,

Kindly help me if Loadrunner Script or Loadrunner Citrix agent in Citrix server are causing any restart while test is running.

For one of our remediation project citrix servers are changed from Hyper V to VMware Virtual Machine on Windows 2012R2 machine, which has 4 vCPU's and 8 GB RAM.

During execution the test will run for an hour and the Citrix servers gets restarted, this behaviour is not seen while 11 users logged on to system manually and doing the activity for almost 2 hours.

The CPU utilization is around 10% and Memory utilization is around 50% through out the test and even c drive and D drive are monitored to check any space constrain for restart.

The even Log on citrix servers do not give any reason for restart except Bug-check restart.

Componenets and Version in load generator/controller

We use Load runner 12.02 and using Controller to run tests.

We are using only 6 users and uses Localhost as Load generator.

Citrix receiver version in Load generator is 4.1 or 14.1

On citrix server

HP Software agent for citrix presentation server is 12.53.1203.0

Kindly help me in recognizing if Loadrunner related component is causing any issue on to Citrix server.
