Command Line Interface(CLI) Tool not using the remote Load Generator defined in the XML File input.

We are trying to execute the test using CLI Tool using controller on local machine and remote load generator. It always uses the local load generator only during the test. It is adding the LG defined in the XML to the controller's host list but not getting used.

Below is the XML input we are passing.
