Configuring the Latency and Bandwidth or at least Latency

We would like to run the load test on AWS by configuring the Latency and Bandwidth between Load Runner machine and the App server under test.

 LR machine - AWS

AUT – AWS

 Here are the reasons for doing the this:

  1. Using Load Runner we are doing performance testing of AUT on AWS with 50 users from LAN). To test with more than 50 user load we have to move to LR machine on AWS where the licensed version of Load Runner is available. We would like to mimic the Network Latency & Bandwidth that is currently between a Desktop machine on LAN and the AUT which is around 236 ms and 150 mbps.
  2. Once we are done with above test, we would also like to run few tests to mimic different geographical access experience by changing Latency & Bandwidth.

Is there any way we can do this in LR itself? 

Any thoughts?
