Corrupt Results - Transactions are number and not names

Our performance team is having issues with some results not showing the transaction name.

Result transactions show up as numbers.

Has anyone seen this and know what the cause is?

Leslie Boeshart

Re: Corrupt Results - Transactions are number and not names

Hi Leslie,

Are they facing the same issue if they try to analyze the raw results directly in Analysis on the PC host.

What is the version of PC you are using?

Please also have a look at the following Knowledge document:

"Seeing numbers instead of transaction names in the graph of User Datapoint"

Kind regards,

Yes. When we download the raw results and use the Analysis tool we still see transaction names as numbers.

Hi Leslie,

Are you using LoadRunner or Performance Center. Which is the version and the patch level of the PC or LR you are using?

If it is LoadRunner 12 or 12.01 please try the fix suggested in the knowledge document.
