Double click issue in Truclient Chrome

Hello All, Anyone know or faced a similar issue while scripting on Truclient: Chrome. The double clicks steps are not working while replay. It record it well, it can identify objects, but in step replay, it is not working. Manually in TC browser, it is working fine. Any know fix for the issue ? Please comment if known. Thanks!

After verification, there is a real issue here. I have taken note of this and we will fix it in a future release.

I would suggest the following workaround:

  • Drag an "Evaluate JS on Object" step into your script from the Toolbox
  • Point the step to the desired object
  • Add the following code to the step:
    var event = new MouseEvent('dblclick', {
        'view': window,
        'bubbles': true,
        'cancelable': true
      });
    object.dispatchEvent(event);
    Edo

Hi , I am facing this issue in LR 12.55. Is there any update on this ?

Hi @sarrafanmolsa96 ,

Does the solution provided by @Edo Nir  works? If possible please update TruClient to newer version, the latest version should be 2020 SP1 and SP2 will be released soon.

If all the above solutions are not satisfied, please open a CPE case to let us provide a hotfix for LR 12.55. Thank you.
