Error on Run in VUGEN Version 12.55

OS Windows Server 2012

LR Version 12.55

 

We are facing a strange issue with running Vugen and are in need of some brilliance from the community.   

 

When we hit run, we immediately get a pop up that an error has occurred.   This happens both with a script we ported across as well as creation of a new script in the environment.    In checking the debug log we see an entry as follows:
