Re: Getting Os_mkdir failed error during execution in performance center

Hi Manoj,

When the script runs from Performance Center it runs under system account. Maybe that account does not have write permissions to the disk.

Which funciton do you use that causes the failure?

Maybe you can use a different function that does writes data to the disk and workaround this issue (e.g. lr_save_string())

Alternatively, you need to either assign the right permission to the Windows account that runs the script or configure a different user to run using "Agent Runtime Settings Configuration" on the machine.

Starting PC 12.56 you can configure that remotely from Performance Center
