Hi,

I am new to HP Loadrunner. I created one simple script in VUGen. I executed scripts in VUGen with 10-15 iteration. It works well. However it fails in HP Loadrunner Controller with below error snippets.

Please find below the details as follows:-

 Installed Products:

Product Name Version
LoadRunner 11.50.0.0

Installed Components:

ComponentName Version

Analysis 11.50.0.0
Controller 11.50.0.0
ERP and CRM Mediator 11.50.0.0
Load Generator 11.50.0.0
MI Listener Component 11.50.0.0
Monitors over FireWall 11.50.0.0
Online Documentation 11.50.0.0
Protocol SDK 11.50.0.0
Samples 11.50.0.0
Vuser Generator 11.50.0.0

Please find below error snippets as follows:-

COR1.c(62): Error: Failed to find SapGui component by ID "sbar"

login.c(5): Error: Failed to open new connection to server "ECC 6.17 Quality"

login.c(5): Error: Failed to get active window

COR1.c(7): Error: Failed to set OKCode "/ncor1"

COR1.c(62): Error: Failed to get the status bar text

I have attached error.txt file for more info.

Please help me out for fixing the errors. I would really appreciate quick response.

Re: Getting "Failed to get active window" Error in Controller

Hi,

I can see in the log the following message:

Logon failed. Verify that the username and password that you provided are valid

Can you verify that user in Controller indeed has valid credentials?

Maybe you server can handle only one connection at a time?
