Getting support from Microfocus?

Is it only me or is my (HPE) SAID not valid any more on the Microfocus support site? As a consultant, maybe some communication to my customer about some steps to take didn't reach me.

Hi,

I've checked with the support management and received the following response:

"The SAID should still be valid and there are no extra steps of any kind to take.

Neither the website nor the entitlement have changed."
