Re: How to enable Run Time Viewer in LR 11.5??

Hi Mohan,

Run Time Viewer is no more in LR 11.5.

We have an alternative for this:

Tool -> Options -> Scripting Tab ->Replay -> Check "Animated Run" box.

Thanks,

Asif

Thanks Asif..

The animated view just highlights the line it is executing.

Is there any other way to view the run time screen ??

Hi,

Is run-time viewer available in HP 11.5 yet? Please let me know if a service pack is already available for this.

Re: How to enable Run Time Viewer in LR 11.5??

Runtime viewer in VuGen is available since 11.51 release.

I would recommend to upgrade directly to 11.52 to get even more from LoadRunner and VuGen: http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/LoadRunner-Information-and-News/LoadRunner-11-52-Service-Pack-Released/td-p/6063823

Re: How to enable Run Time Viewer in LR 11.5??

You can enabled the runtime viewer at Options > Replay > Scripting > Show Runtime viewer during replay.

The Service pack is available and can be downloadable from LR_03142

Re: How to enable Run Time Viewer in LR 11.5??

The link works for me.

Maybe you used wrong credentials? You need to enter your HP Passport credentials there.

Thanks,

Boris.

Re: How to enable Run Time Viewer in LR 11.5??

This feature is working fine in 11.52 version of LR only for scripts developed using single protocol.

I have recorded a script using Multiple Protocol- HTTP/Flex and replayed but the Runtime Viewer Window did not open while replay.

Where as for the replay of script recorded using Single Protocol the Runtime Viewer Window worked properly.

Please help...

Re: How to enable Run Time Viewer in LR 11.5??

Hello
The runtime viewer is a limited tool, it will not work if the page contains certain objects like flash nor will work on some protocols, you can basically say that this is good only for web protocols with flat html applications, so this behavior you describe is expected

hope this clarifies
