Installation fails with following line - Cannot create DVD\autorun.inf

I'm currently learning HP LoadRunner because our company is planning on buying full licence.

Hello

Standard question, have you tried to start the installation with "Run as Administrator"

What operating system do you have?

If the installation media located on a network drive or did you exctact them to a network drive/UNC path, then try to move/extract files on local disk (C:\

Hi

I have extracted the files and moved them onto my local C drive and installed with 'Run as administrator' and i'm still experiencing the same issue.

My Operating System is : Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1

Hi,

Can you please share a screenshot of the setup folder and mention which file you are trying tro run.

Also, if you can share a screenshot of the error you get that might help
