Installed LR 12.55 but no community license?

Hi,

I have just installed the latest release of LoadRunner however I am not getting the community license of 50 users.

What have I missed \ doing wrong?

Hi Meekie,

Glad to hear it is resolved.

Can you please detail the steps you have taken to resolve it? The License Utility dialog showed there is no valid license, how was it resolved?

Hi,

You can check the license from "C:\Program Files (x86)\HPE\LoadRunner\bin\LRLicenseUtility.exe".

If you didn't get the license from product installation in case some issue, you can reintall the licnence from below path:

C:\Program Files (x86)\HPE\LoadRunner\bin\LicenseInstallUtility.exe
