Issues when recording a script against a HTTPS site
Hope someone could give us a hand to solve this!!
We are trying to record a script in VuGen 11.52.
Our license only admits the following type of scripts:
-Web (HTTP/HTML) & Web(Click and Script)
-Mobile Application - HTTP/HTML
When we try to record the script against a HTTPS site, the resulting script appears blank; all the transactions are empty.
Is there a way to solve this issue?
Sorry if the solution is easy, we are just in the first steps of using this tool!! Thanks in advance for your time!

This seems an issue with code generation. Please login to our SSO portal and open a new support case for this so one of our LoadRunner support engineers should be able to assist further with this. This may need some research and need to be pursued outside of the forum

What browser are you using? It may be necessary to change the recording option "Port Mapping" in the element "Capture level" from "Socket level data "to WinINet level data". This depends if you use FF or IE.
