LR 12.5, Citrix protocol not leaving snapshots on error ...
I'm working on some LR 12.5 Citrix scripts. I generally have the 'Generate snapshot on error' option enabled so that when there's an error, I can loog into the log folder, and see a screenshot of what happened. This usually works.
But for the last couple of days it's not. I am getting the text output log, but no screenshot. Any ideas?

p.s. I have 'Generate snapshot on error' enabled at both the script and scenario level.

Are you able to see the snapshots on error when you run the script from Vugen?
If you have selected in Run time settings both Continue on error and 'Generate snapshot on error' option please disable Continue on error and check if the snapshots will still not be generated.
Please check on the LG if the Performance center Agent is running as a service and if yes, please change it to a process i.e in the Performance Center Agent Runtime Settings please select Manually log in to this machine.
Change System TEMP Environment variable path to C:\Temp and restart the machine. Do that on all Controller and Load Generator machines used in the test.
