Looks like a issue with rights to access Windows registry. Did to try to start VuGen in Administrators mode? Right click "Virtual User Generator" and select "Run as administrator"

Yes, I used to open Vugen as a administrator. I'm getting that issue.

Thanks

You might try a deep dive into your problem by installing procmon.exe from www.sysinternals.com (a MS site). Startup the monitoring with procmon (set filters to monitor only vugen and browser and registry).

Startup your VuGen recording and stop the recording of procmon after you get the error. Try now to locate an access error on the registry in your procmon recording.

Success,
