(LR) Support Tip: Additional Attributes error in truclient LR and Vugen SA 12.50

Additional attributes are corrupted when using TruClient scripts in version 12.50.

When adding Additional Attributes to the script once you do it and go to the develop mode and go back to vugen the added attributes become corrupted.

In default.cfg under [CommandArguments], we noticed the field with the "~" (tilde) and non tilde have been swapped. In the previous version the tilde field always appeared below, whereas In 12.50 the tilde is above. Rearranging these fields in 12.50 appears to fix the issue.

R&D has researched about this and prepared a hotfix for it, attached to this document.

To apply the provided hotfix extract the file and replace the scripts.js file into %Vugen_Path%\bin\RTS folder, please backup %Vugen_Path%\dat + %Vugen_Path%\bin\rts folder before update.
