Load runner proxy recording issue

Hello team

I am not able to login to my application from my mobile device when my load runner proxy recoding is on....but when I try to hit application directly I am able to login.

Please note : 1. Both my loadrunner and mobile decide are in same network....and in mobile I have provided proxy of my load runner.
2. I have installed lr certificate in my mobile device and from setting activated it.
3.i have tried to change ssl setting to different values like tls 1.2 , 1.0, 1.1 and ssl 2/3 still not able to login...
4. I am able to record using fiddler....

Please help , how I can record my mobile application from load runner proxy and where can issue be.

Sorry I forget to mention , I am using loadrunner 12.53, please let me know if this is version issue...
