LoadRunner Analysis 12.60 Unhandled Exception at 0x75064172 (KernelBase.dll) in AnalysisUI.exe

Hello,

I've loaded testrun results from testrun from ALM server. Works fine and tool will generate Summary Report.
However, when I try to create any report from Report Templates menu, the application will crash with error:

Unhandled exception at 0x75064172 (KernelBase.dll) in AnalysisUI.exe: 0xC000041D: An unhandled exception was encountered during a user callback.

Please help.

Hello,

Does this happen only with one result ?

If it occurs on multiple results, are they generated using different scripts?

What type of script did you use when generating the result/results ?

Thanks

Re: LoadRunner Analysis 12.60 Unhandled Exception at 0x75064172 (KernelBase.dll) in AnalysisUI.exe

Hello, thanks for your reply.

I've just tested it with different tests, but the same error occurs. Scripttype is combination of "web-http/html" and "Java over http".

The report function works for same results with Analysis 12.01 and 12.53.
