LoadRunner - CLI to Execute JMETER

I'm trying to run LoadRunner from the CLI to execute JMeter scripts.

It works fine running in the GUI but i get a series of errors in the CLI.

The examples in the documentation do not work.

Here are the errors recieved. I've attached a screenshot of the XML.

Unhandled Exception: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
