LoadRunner TrueClient IE Trustedsite settings

Hello, a have an issue creating a true client script with IE.

1. I had issue accessing http://somesite.com from normal IE. IE blocked all content from site. I fixed it by adding it to trusted sites in IE settings.

2. Now i have the same issue with TrueClient IE. I used  TruClientSupportabilityTool to configure trusted sites. Also checked registry setting for TCIE:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Hewlett-Packard\TruClient\TruClientIE\TCWindows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\ZoneMap\EscDomains\somesite.com

"http"=dword:00000002

3. But it did not help me. Then i tried to change default home page for TC IE:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Hewlett-Packard\TruClient\TruClientIE\TCIE\Main]

"Start Page"="google.com"

4. But it did apply. I press Develop IE script in Vugen and see that start page is still "auto:blank"

How can i change settings for LoadRunner TC IE?

Re: LoadRunner TrueClient IE Trustedsite settings

Hi,

Can you please disable Standards enforcement in TC IE and try again? you can disable it from the Advanced menu of the browser.

Note that this is just a debugging step. TC IE must enforce standards hence you will not be able to record. After disabling it you need to type the address and navigate.

I suggest creating a support ticket. It requires closer look to resolve.
